About Me

I’m currently working as a Level Designer at Hardsuit Labs!

 
I’m a graduate from the DigiPen Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Arts in Game Design. Before going to DigiPen, I took design classes at Bellevue College, participated in my first game jam, and worked on my first game team. It was then that I found out how much I loved designing levels. At DigiPen, I gained experience working on teams of more than twenty people and learned new methods to communicate and organize with them effectively. Since graduating I’ve worked on various professional projects as a general designer and level designer, one of the most important professional skills I’ve learned is how to communicate with other principles, and how to best track and document design work and progress. I love all aspects of game design, which is why I enjoy using level design to showcase the art, narrative, systems, mechanics, tech, and UX of an experience. The experience of a game is delivered through the level, and I want to show my team’s talent and work through my designs.
